Rise to the Challenge

Setting high standards for all marketing students to succeed is what we are striving for.  When people see Booker T. Washington High marketing students they expect professionalism., high character and confidence.  Students should keep this in mind as they create a great image for their school, chapter, and self.

Professionalism

Students will be expected to present as “professionally” and appropriately on the job and/or at each DECA and MEA sanctioned event including interviews, guest speakers in the classroom, competitions, leadership conferences, and award assemblies to name a few.  To practice this art of projecting a great image, students are required to follow specific guidelines for dressing professionally (Dress for Success) on designated Wednesday in each quarter.
