The terms “market study” or “market analysis” are used a lot in real estate development, business, and even local government…but what exactly do those terms mean?
How do citizens know the difference between a good market study and a bad market study?
And more importantly, what can our community and elected officials do to ensure we make good decisions based on sound, accurate data?
Our next CivicCon speaker will answer those questions and more.
Join us for an evening with Peter Bazeli, the Principal and Managing Director of Weitzman Associates, LLC, a leading national real estate development consulting and market research firm.
From Park Avenue in Manhattan to Intendencia Street in downtown Pensacola, Peter is one of the foremost experts in the country on market studies and market analysis.
Peter joined Weitzman in 2004, and has since consulted on real estate assets and new developments valued at well over $50 billion. He consults on all property types, but specializes in market-based development planning, feasibility, and project management for residential and mixed-use developments, with a particular focus on urban mixed-use properties.
Peter’s consulting expertise has been gained through his work on over 500 assets nationwide, ranging from notable super-luxury skyscrapers in major urban markets to pioneering new residential and commercial destinations in small towns and suburbs. His work is rooted in the belief that new development initiatives are most successful when they create a vibrant and unique atmosphere where people feel good about spending their time and money.
Peter has been actively consulting on new development initiatives in Pensacola since 2012, including Southtowne, where he performed the original market research to document the market support for the Southtowne apartments and retail space.
We hope you can join us for this fantastic event!
